Drung Waterfall is about 50 kilometres from Srinagar, Kashmir’s capital city. Drung is a town, but both locals and visitors are drawn there by the tall waterfall that combines with the water streams coming from the glaciers and creates a breathtaking image. It is located on the route to Gulmarg. The small settlement of Tangmarg, which is situated immediately before Gulmarg, has a trail that goes to this waterfall. Even though the waterfall is small, it is beautiful in the winter.

Even though it is somewhat small, the route to Drung is incredibly scenic as it winds through a thick pine forest where ancient mud huts may be seen. It is accessible throughout the entire year. At the closest eating location, one may also enjoy their dinner while sitting around a bonfire and taking in the view of this waterfall. It is undoubtedly a unique experience.
